It also provides executive payroll services, such as contracts and benefits management; vacation control; calculation of provisions; tax payments; discharges and processing of medical leaves; issuing and payment of managers and staff salary pay slips and contributions; issuing of income statements; issue and preparation of employment contracts; issue, preparation, and calculation of severances and discharge documentation; maintenance of the payroll ledger; and consultancy on expatriates salary management. In addition, the company offers back office support services, including accounts payable and receivable, inventory, property, plant, equipment, treasury, income, and disbursement processes. Further, it provides legal representation services comprising start-up procedures, obtainment of the taxpayers identification number, municipal license and health permits, stamping of statutory accounting documents in the IRS, work visas for expatriates, and updating of information with the IRS. Further more, the company provides executive search services, including selection of executives, professional, and technical staff. Its online services include e-Accounting and e-PayRoll services. The company serves mining, agriculture, financial services, construction, health, retail, manufacturing, entertainment, and automobile industries. Acttitude was founded in 2005 and is based in Santiago, Chile. As of November 2007, Acttitude operates as a subsidiary of TMF Group Holding B.V.
