As of May 02, 2014, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited had approximately 260 branches, 600 automated teller machines, and other distribution channels in Hong Kong; and 41 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China. The company, formerly known as Po Sang Bank Limited, was founded in 1964 and is based in Hong Kong. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is a subsidiary of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited.
