The companys loan products comprise mortgage loans, consumer loan with mortgage, consumer loans, overdrafts, investment loans, working capital loans, credit lines, letters of credit, letters of guarantees, and bank certificates. It also provides debit and credit cards, safe deposit boxes, e-banking, economists publications, researches, in-depth analysis of trends, strategic economic intelligence, and risk monitoring services. In addition, the company offers investment banking products and services, such as mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and brokerage services, including trading with equity, bonds, compensatory notes, and derivatives on the floor of various stock exchanges, as well as on the international capital markets. Further, it provides various treasury products and services, such as cash management and deposits, foreign exchange, government securities, derivatives, structured products, and private banking. The company serves financial institutions, agriculture, real estate, construction, telecom, energy, and maritime sectors. As of December 31, 2009, it had 28 branches. The company, through its subsidiaries, also acts as an investment intermediary performing activities in compliance with markets in financial instruments directive. It was formerly known as Cr dit Agricole Bulgaria EAD and changed its name to CB Victoria EAD in June 2014. The company was founded in 1994 and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. CB Victoria EAD is a subsidiary of Emporiki Bank of Greece SA.
