It also provides a range of loan products, such as enterprise development program, agriculture reform support program, rural area economic development program, small and medium businesses lending programs, agricultural loans, loans for the purchase of vehicles, gold and precious stone collateral loans, mortgage loans, commercial-economic loans and credit lines, overdrafts, loans for house repair/improvement, construction and real estate loans, and prime-secured loans and consumer loans under real estate or vehicle collateral. In addition, the company offers other products and services, including settlement and cash box services; money transfer services; credit and debit cards; issuance and service of membership cards; individual deposit safe-keeping boxes, mediation for securing trade transactions, and private banking; Internet, fax, and mobile banking services; utility payments, including automated collection of charges from customer accounts; financing to purchase commodity on credit; issuing guarantees; foreign exchange services; issue and allocation of securities, primarily medium-term coupon bonds; and sale and purchase of standard gold bars. Further, it provides foreign currency and derivative products, and custody services; and investment banking services comprising financial instruments trading, structured financing, corporate leasing, and merger and acquisitions advice. The company operates 25 branches in Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Nor Hachn, Artashat, Sevan, Armavir, Metsamor, Hrazdan, Charentsavan, Abovyan, Etchmiadzin, and Ijevan, as well as approximately 70 ATMs. Converse Bank Corporation was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia.
