In addition, the company offers financing services to the IT sector, and industries; ready cash; windows for SMEs; loan to travel agencies, and diagnostic centers; and non-resident Bangladeshis escrow accounts and gift cheques. Further, it provides merchant banking services, including issue management, underwriting, portfolio management, and other transactions; and money remittances, issue of cheques, payment instruments, and traveler's cheques and other services, as well as treasury and guarantee services. It operates a network of 884 branches in Bangladesh, including 4 overseas branches in the United Arab Emirates. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
