It provides real estate, commercial, consumer, letters of credit, and agricultural loans. The Bank of Luxemburg offers real estate loans for the purchase and improvement of real estate, purchase of residential lots, and construction of single family residential units. The banks commercial loans include loans for working capital, machinery and equipment purchases, premise and equipment acquisitions, and purchase, improvement, and investment in real estate development and other business needs. Its consumer loans comprise loans for various consumer purposes and consumer credit through its credit card program. The companys agricultural real estates loans provide financing for real estate and personal property purchases, as well as lines of credit and production financing. The bank offers services to support dairy farms in the rural areas of Kewaunee and southern Door Counties. In addition, the Bank of Luxemburg offers notary services, money orders, night depository, travelers checks, cashiers checks, savings bonds, and automated teller machine cards through the PULSE ATM network. Further, through Raymond James, the bank provides financial planning, estate planning, and retirement planning services, as well as markets mutual funds, annuities, life insurance products, and individual retirement accounts and pension programs. As of December 31, 2004, the Bank of Luxemburg operated through its main office and six branch offices, as well as maintained nine automated teller machines located in Kewaunee, Brown, and Door Counties. Luxemburg Bancshares was founded in 1903 and is based in Luxemburg, Wisconsin.
