It provides energy consulting services for developers, investors, and asset managers/operators; engineering services, such as project management, ECT connection support, EPC RFP support, wind/solar resource assessment, power purchase agreement/FIT, financial/economic analysis/M&A, vendor review/technology assessment, interconnection, RFP development, and bio-mass/bio-gas; and O&M planning, end of warranty inspection/verification, non destructive testing, and reliability enhancement services. It offers technical and business advisory services to equity sponsors in the project finance sector; technical due diligence services to renewable energy projects; and project development, construction, and post-construction operation and maintenance services. It serves oil and gas, energy generation, pulp and paper, automotive manufacturing and parts, steel and foundry, surface coating, asphalt, concrete/aggregate, transportation, transit authority, waste to energy, gas distribution, large engineering and construction, and plastic extrusion and moulding industries, as well as municipal/regional/provincial governments. ORTECH Consulting Inc. was formerly known as Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. and changed its name in March 2005. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Mississauga, Canada with additional offices in Mississauga, Sarnia, and Windsor.
