The company also offers corporate banking products and services, such as corporate financing comprising arranging bond issues, underwriting, and syndicated lending; term deposits and bank promissory notes; and lending, including short- and long-term loans, call loans, conditional loans, one-off loans, overdrafts, credit lines with limited liabilities on repayments or on the amount of borrowings, investment project financing, finance leasing, and financing of fixed and working capital. Its corporate banking products and services also comprise securities market transactions, such as brokerage services, depositary services, trust asset management, transaction with third-party debt instruments, and transactions with promissory notes; shares of mutual funds; and international relations consisting of co-operation with foreign financial institutions, financial borrowing on international finance markets, financing foreign trade deals, guarantees to customs bodies, and searching for counterparts.
