The company also provides management consulting services, which include development of business plans; research, development, and preparation of strategies; transformation and change leadership; preparation of due diligence packages; locating board candidates; and assembly of value-added advisory committees; and crisis management, identification of cost reductions, developing pricing strategies, corporate restructuring, outsourcing non-core processes, and benchmarking performance services. In addition, Miller Group offers investor relations services, such as shareholder relations programs, access to Wall Street network, organization of investor road shows, participation and presentation at investor conferences, introduction to industry research analysts, development and dissemination of press releases, access to industry-focused Web-designers, and access to and arrangement of magazine, radio, and TV exposure. Further, it manages image and knowledge based functions, including the management of fund tracking agencies, electronic share pricing systems, Web-design companies, and press and media. The company was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
