It also provides corporate banking products and services comprising deposit products; loans for financing working assets, overdrafts, loans for local municipality, investment loans, loans for the permanent working assets, loans with deposit, and discounts of bills of exchange; guarantees, letters of credit, avails of bills of exchange, letters of intent, and other guarantees; and POS terminals. In addition, the company is involved in investment banking operations consisting of broker and dealer, securities distribution, and corporate operations; and provides custody services. Further, it engages in money and foreign exchange trading, forward and swap transactions, currency risk management, and repo operations; and purchase and sale of foreign exchange, forward foreign exchange transactions, and currency risk management. Additionally, the company provides SMS mobile recharge and SMS information, Internet banking, and payment transaction services, as well as payment cards. As of December 31, 2013, it operated through its central office located in Novi Sad and 54 branches. The company was founded in 1868 and is headquartered in Novi Sad, Serbia. Vojvodanska banka a.d. Novi Sad is a subsidiary of National Bank of Greece.
