Nivriti has decoupled and de-skilled the traditional operation platforms and consultancy models and converted the rest into automated standard processes which are available on cloud. Eighteen months into operations, Nivriti already has 150 Enterprise Customers. Nivriti is now raising a pre A round of $ 2-3 M to build out the sales team and enhance the existing technologies along with focus on and to get the ARR up to $20 M and to then gear for an A round. With this infusion of new capital, Nivriti should be achieving revenue projected for next two quarters as USD 1.5 Million and over the next financials year an annual revenue run rate of USD 20 Million while breaking even/being profitable - post which we will raise an A round.
