Canon Europe clicks a pretty picture with family photo-sharing platform Lifecake

Family photo-sharing app Lifecake has been bought by Canon Europe to help the camera biggie establish a presence in London’s Tech City. The Bladerton Capital-backed Lifecake allows parents to create photo and video timelines for the family to experience across smartphones, tablets computers and printed photobooks. The company which had a seed fund of £700, 00 and launched in late 2013 aims to build a digital experience for tailored experiences, all at the swipe of a finger and on any screen format or print to hold.
