European infrastructure firm DIF to buy Worcester Library and Historic Centre project from UK private equity investor Dalmore Capital

DIF, the European infrastructure firm has drawn cash from its third fund to buy 100 percent of the Worcester Library and Historic Centre project from UK private equity investor Dalmore Capital. The 42 million pound project was a partnership between the University of Worcester and Worcestershire County Council in the Midlands area of the UK. It aimed to bring a range of services under one roof, including a public and university library, Worcestershire record office, Worcestershire historic environment and archaeology service and as exhibition and drama spaces. The project was completed by construction business Galliford Try in early 2012 and won several design awards and a top tier environmental rating, said DIF.
