Private equity firm HIG buys Raufoss Industripark in Norway

HIG Capital LLC, a leading London-based global private equity investment firm, has completed its purchase of Raufoss Industripark. Financial details of the transaction weren’t announced. Raufoss Industripark is an industrial park in Norway. The transaction represents H.I.G.’s 26th real estate investment in Europe since the start of 2013. H.I.G. continues to add to its sizeable portfolio of Real Estate assets in Europe, consisting of both equity as well as debt investments, with a particular focus on its target market of value-added small/midcap opportunities.
