Provider of petroleum management, SMARTLogix gets acquired by Telular Corporation

Global technology leader and provider of Internet of Things (IoT), Telular Corporation has acquired SMARTLogix, a leading provider of petroleum management, inventory and transportation logistics solutions. Headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, SMARTLogix has been a parter of Telular and an exclusive provider of its tank monitoring solutions to the petroleum distribution industry. As a result of the acquisition, SMARTLogix is now part of Telular’s SkyBitz division.
