Shamrock Capital acquires a majority stake in Symphony Technology owned Consilio

Symphony Technology Group, the US private equity firm has offloaded Consilio, a legal document review provider. Shamrock Capital Advisors has acquired a majority stake in the company for an undisclosed fee. Post the deal, Consilio’s management team will remain the same and also invest alongside Shamrock, which will enable the businesses management team invest in its operations and technology. Consilio supports law firms and corporations with software and cost-effective, end-to-end litigation services that include data collection, computer forensics, expert testimony, multilingual and onsite data processing, hosting and document review.
